Join a telehealth visit
How to test your camera and microphone before your visit, and what to do if the call drops.

Telehealth visits run in your browser — no app to download. Use Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
Five minutes before the visit
Open My appointments and tap Test my devices. We will check your camera, microphone, and connection. If anything looks off, swap browsers or use the Audio-only fallback button — your provider gets notified.
Joining
The Join button appears ten minutes before your scheduled start time. Once your provider opens the room you will hear a soft chime and see them on screen.
If the call drops
Refresh the page — your provider stays in the room. If you can't reconnect within sixty seconds, your provider will text you the next steps. The session is HIPAA-compliant and never recorded by us.
