Most clinics let you check in the day before — it shaves five to ten minutes off your visit.
When check-in opens
Twenty-four hours before your appointment. You will get a text and email with a link, or open My appointments and tap Check in.
Forms and consents
You will be asked to confirm your demographics, insurance, and pharmacy, then complete any visit-specific intake forms. Everything saves as you go — close the tab and resume on another device if you run out of time.
