Deactivating closes your portal. Your records remain at each clinic per their retention policy and applicable law — typically 7-10 years.
How to deactivate
Account → Close my account. You will be asked to confirm with a code emailed to you. The portal closes immediately; you will get a final receipt by email.
Coming back later
You can reactivate within 90 days from the same email. After that, ask any clinic that knows you to send a fresh invite.
