How to schedule a series for a patient and what happens when one needs to move.

Use a series for weekly therapy, monthly med-management, or any cadence. Series are stored as a rule plus exceptions, so single-day moves are clean.
Create a series
On any new appointment, toggle Repeat. Pick a cadence and end condition (date or count). The first appointment shows immediately; the rest populate the calendar in the next 30 seconds.
Move or cancel one in the series
Open the appointment → Edit just this one. The series continues; only that occurrence moves.
