Notes are legal records once signed. EnWella enforces a hard rule: only providers (DoctorMembership) can primary-sign clinical notes.
Primary signing
When you finish a note, tap Sign. We timestamp, lock the body, and release records to the patient per your release policy.
Co-signing trainee notes
If a template requires co-sign, the trainee signs first, the supervising provider co-signs second. Both signatures are timestamped and visible in the patient's record.
