EnWella auto-posts ERAs from your clearinghouse. Manual posting is rare but supported for self-pay and out-of-network checks.
Auto-posting
ERAs land in your Payments inbox and post within 60 seconds to the matching claims. Anything that does not match (missing claim, mismatched amount) lands in Unposted for review.
Manual posting
Billing → Payments → Post manually. Match to invoices line-by-line. The remainder can be applied as a credit or refunded.
