Under the 21st Century Cures Act, you have the right to your records as soon as your provider releases them.
Where to look
My info → Records. Records are grouped by date and type (visit note, lab, imaging, document).
When records become visible
Most lab results auto-release immediately. Visit notes release once your provider signs them — usually within 48 hours of the visit.
Download or share
Tap any record → Download PDF. To send to another provider, use Share securely — they get a one-time link valid for seven days.
