How card-on-file works, what it can be used for, and how to remove a card any time.

Saving a card lets you pay future bills with one tap and powers optional auto-pay. We never charge it without your prior consent in writing or via the portal.
Adding a card
Account → Billing methods. Cards are stored by our payments provider — we only ever see the last 4 digits and expiration.
Auto-pay rules
Auto-pay is opt-in per clinic. Set a maximum auto-charge amount; bills above that always wait for your tap. You will get an email three days before any charge.
Removing a card
Tap the card → Remove. Auto-pay turns off automatically if no card remains.
