Is EnWella actually HIPAA-compliant?

Yes. We're HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. All AI processing happens in a HIPAA-eligible cloud, with BAAs in place. Nothing is used to train foundation models.

Will the AI notes actually match how I write?

Within about 10 visits, EnWella adapts to your phrasing, section order, and level of detail. You can also upload sample notes to prime the system on day one.

What about data migration from my current EHR?

We migrate charts, demographics, schedules, and historical notes from any major EHR as part of onboarding — included in every plan. Typical clinics go live in 2 weeks.

Which payers do you support for claims?

We submit to every major commercial payer, Medicare, and Medicaid in all 50 states, with real-time eligibility via our clearinghouse partners.

Can the AI front desk handle clinical triage?
